With 21 years in the beauty industry and 13 years as an entrepreneur, Juliette Collazo is the proud founder of AMA Artist Makeup Academy. She began her career in 2005, like so many artists, starting from the bottom. Driven by her passion for the craft, she worked her way up to working on set with celebrity clients and corporate organizations, and eventually became known as the Queen of Transformations in the bridal world.​

​After nearly a decade in the industry, Juliette saw what was missing: real makeup education, true community, and the business training no one was teaching. So, she built the home she never had. In 2013, AMA Artist Makeup Academy was born.​

Today, AMA is where we change the lives and mindsets of makeup artists. We don't just train you to become a makeup artist; we prepare you to become the artist who turns this passion into a full-time career. Makeup artistry is only one part of the craft we teach at AMA. Our mission is to build not just makeup artists, but beauty entrepreneurs in a place where they feel seen.​
